I know that I walked in Big Bear but that wasn't at home on an exercise regimen. That doesn't really count.
Last weekend, I got on the scale. I knew that my clothes were feeling snug and tighter so I did the dreaded thing and yes, sure enough I have gained.
This is not what was supposed to happen. So, I decided that today would be the day. I had a healthy chicken sandwich for lunch and a light salad and I will be having a healthy dinner. I hope that this is the beginning of something good.
My next vacation isn't until the end of January except for time away for Thanksgiving and Christmas so I will have no major obstacles to get in my way.
